Dynamo Dykes ...TOURNAMENTS

There are three volleyball tournaments which we attend each year.

• The Easter Lesbian Volleyball Tournament is unsurprisingly held over the Easter weekend, and is hosted by a different team each year. In 2006, 6 teams of Dynamos and friends went to Hamburg for the tournament, in 2007 we visited Iceland when KMK Reykjavik were the hosts, 2008 took us to beautiful Vienna, 2009 brought us to Brussels and 2010 to historic Groningen in the Netherlands.

  

• The Ashcombe Outdoor Volleyball Tournament is held in Dorking each summer, and celebrated its 30th year in 2006. The teams come from all over England and camp on-site.

  

• The Sinterklaas Tournament is an international gay and lesbian volleyball tournament organised by Amsterdam's Netzo team, which takes place in Amsterdam in the last weekend of November.
